End-to-end design of a two-sided hiring product — a web platform for recruiters and a mobile app for candidates — that replaced a manual, spreadsheet-and-email workflow for temporary staffing. As Project Manager and UX Designer I ran the research, defined personas and journeys, prototyped and validated with HR teams and candidates, and coordinated the build across sprints. Built for a partnership between RGIS Brazil (a global inventory company) and Zafer Human Resources, where over 1,000 temporary workers are hired each month in Brazil.

A fast-turnaround delivery project at the height of the 2020 pandemic: converting multiple subjects of Positivo's teaching material from InDesign/PDF into responsive HTML so students could resume classes online. The work demanded learning a new front-end framework (Bulma) in days and shipping under a hard deadline. Covered by a client confidentiality agreement.
